1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using SpeedyLytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service SpeedyLytics provides generative AI-powered data analysis tools ("AI Tools") that assist users in exploring and analyzing datasets. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Reliability The AI Tools generate insights, summaries, and predictions based on user-provided data. However, these outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. Users must independently verify all AI-generated outputs before making any business, financial, medical, legal, or other important decisions.

4. No Liability for Consequential Damages Under no circumstances shall SpeedyLytics, its developers, affiliates, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Responsibilities Users agree not to:

   1. Use the Service for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.

   2. Input sensitive, proprietary, or confidential data into the Service.

   3. Rely solely on AI-generated results without independent verification.

   4. Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate the AI models.

6. Intellectual Property All content, software, algorithms, and AI models used within the Service are owned or licensed by Immanuel Trummer and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data but grant SpeedyLytics a non-exclusive license to process it for providing the Service.

7. Data Privacy and Security SpeedyLytics follows industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, we do not guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid uploading personally identifiable, confidential, or regulated data.

8. No Warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination of Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or technical reasons.

10. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.
